It is a reasonable assumption that virtually every model helicopter is fitted with a tail rotor gyro, which makes flying incomparably easier and also provides aerobatic capability. However, the full potential performance of any gyro can only be exploited if the gyro/servo/tail rotor blade system is perfectly matched. Even if just one of these components is not up to scratch, the entire system cannot work at its best. The gyro’s corrective commands are passed to the tail rotor via the tail rotor servo, and the blades must be lightweight, strong and torsionally stiff if the rotor is to carry out the commands swiftly and instantaneously. Soft, pliable blades are incapable of executing the high-speed gyro signals without losses. GCT X-tail tail rotor blades are light, strong and torsionally stiff, and will ensure that your gyro is able to show what it can really do. The white or silver paint finish is UV-resistant, ensuring that the gleaming surface does not fade. The root hole is fitted with a pressed-in hard aluminium bush. Each pair of X-tail blades is supplied in clear packaging, ready to fly.
